I'm Bulging!

I've been having this weird neck pain that started about 3 or 4 years ago. One morning I just woke up and couldn't lift my head and was in EXTREME pain! Then it happened again a couple of weeks after I was rear-ended about 2 months ago and I went to the ER and they did a catscan & x-rays and decided that I was having muscle spasms, so they put me on muscle relaxers & lortabs (oh ya! the good stuff). This past Sunday (it always seems to happen on the only day doctor's office's are not open), I woke up again and could not move! I decided to take 4 muscle relaxers (not all at the same time), 2 alieve, 2 800mg ibuprofen and they did nothing at all! Couldn't really afford another ER visit though, especially since I already settled with the guy that rear-ended me (yes, I know, very very stupid). So I go to the doctor first thing Monday and he finally acts like he cares to figure it out and now they are saying I have a bulging disc. More good drugs for me! Oh ya! Now they have me on steroids, which are making me hyper as hell. I was scared of them at first because he said they could make me retain water. Just what I need! To get fatter! But I have to say, these things are freakin' great! With the pain pills, I don't feel much pain, so then I have all this energy to work out! I'm gonna be BUFF by the end of my steroid prescription! ha! Tomorrow I go for an MRI to make sure it is a bulging disc, then the only problem is I will not have insurance for a couple of months since my last day is Friday. WWOOOOO HOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! I'm sure it will all work out though! I was reading on the internet though that most people don't get a slipped disc in their neck/upper back until they're in their 40's at least. What does that tell me? I'm freakin 28 years old getting 40 year old problems! Geez!
